Size
All in stock dies (label sizes) are listed as shown in the graphic by hovering your mouse over the view die image link below.
Rectangle Corner Radius (RCR)
Determines the roundness of the corners of rectangles and squares. The greater the corner radius, the greater the degree of roundness at the tip. A zero degree corner radius creates a sharp point. The RCR is listed next to all stocked dies.
Special Shape Labels
When a special shape die is selected a preview of the die-line will appear by hovering your mouse over the view die image link below.
Perforation
All dies that have a perforation will indicate this with a dotted line on the image. If you require perforation between labels then you may need a new die [select custom size above] and indicate perforation required.

4 Color Process (CMYK)
This printing option is for full color process printing on white or metallic substrates (or clear substrates when you want the ink to be transparent). This is the most common printing option and combines the four colors (CMYK) in print to produce millions of other colors.
$$$
4 Color Process + White (CMYK + White)
This printing option is for full color process printing on clear or metallic substrates. White can be selectively or flood printed behind the areas that you select to help make the design less transparent. On metallic substrates it is used to mask the metallic properties in areas you do not wish to be reflective. If this option is selected you must provide us with a detailed description of where you would like spot white to appear.
$$$$
Pantone Match (PMS Match)
Our HP Indigo Press uses the HP IndiChrome Plus (CMYK + orange, violet) expanded color gamut, which achieves a closer match to PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM Colors than CMYK matching, and a broader applications range. The Indigo allows us to print up to 97% of the PANTONE color range without compromising production speed. The HP IndiChrome on-press simulates PANTONE solid colors with CMYKOV values.
If you would like us to match a Pantone solid color, we are able to get very close with this option. When selecting this option, make sure that you build your artwork with Pantone swatches and spot colors. If the program that you use to build your artwork does not allow specification of Pantone swatches or spot colors, please put the Pantone color names/numbers in the customer comment section of the checkout process.
With the expanded color gamut, we are able to get within 3 Delta E of most Pantone colors. There may be limitations to our ability to match, depending on the specific pantone color; our prepress department will contact customers to find the best alternative to any out-of-gamut colors.
For additional help with Pantone color matching, feel free to call our prepress department at 1-858-668-2820.

Sandwich Printing (CMYK + White + CMYK)
One advantage of digital printing is the precision registration of up to 16 layers of ink in a single pass. Sandwich printing utilizes this ink application. The process involves separate images printed on the same side of a clear substrate, using multiple hits of ink as an opaque barrier between the images. Effectively, one pass of the digital press results in two printed images. Some common applications are anti-tamper peel off labels, double sided printing for viewing through a clear container, and peel off sweepstakes labels (concealed variable data codes).

Learn More
Variable data printing enables our customers to personalize their products and protect their assets. Variable data is not limited to serial numbers and barcodes -- on any label job each and every label can have unique text and/or graphics. When an order qualifies as variable data it requires a different setup process. Therefore, the order has to conform to some additional requirements. Please note that adjustments to your quantities may be required. You will be contacted if adjustments are necessary.
Submitting a variable Data Order
You will need to upload a zipped folder containing the following items:
